I took over one of the kid's DS Lite's like that. We bought 'em all DSi XL's and one of 'em left theirs in our bedroom. Them shits is mine now.

Nope, all of them are unmodded. Same for their 3DS'/3DS XL's, the Wii, and their GBA SP's. And if I find any of their old joints when I fly out to Vegas next month, THEM shits is gonna be mine as well.
