Exercising alone can help you in various ways. Exercising makes you feel more energized, makes you feel good about yourself. You just feel like a new person when you work out.

In this thread, I will post some exercises that can help YOU be better in bed.

1) SquatsSquats increase blood flow to the pelvic region, which may energize your libido to make orgasms more intense. They're an incredible exercise for enhancing sex because doing squats will strengthen your lower body for a more powerful thrust whether you're on top or bottom.

2) Planking (Men)-Holding a plank is one most effective ways to increase your endurance and stamina at the gym and in the bedroom. Planks give your arms staying power for missionary or other on-top positions. They also strengthen your core, which helps to improve thrust and supports your back to prevent injury.

4) Kegels (Yes MEN, Kegels)- Doing Kegels is considered a good sex exercise for men because these exercises can help endurance and control by toning the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles — the ones that let you stop the flow of urine mid-stream. Named after Los Angeles physician Arnold Kegel, they strengthen the muscles in your body’s pelvic floor, which can lead to better sex. “Men can use Kegels to delay ejaculation by contracting these muscles just before orgasm,” says McCall. To do Kegels, start by interrupting the flow of urine when going to the bathroom to get familiar with your PC muscles. After that, you can do Kegels anytime and any place by squeezing the PC muscles. Hold for 10 seconds, relax, and do as many reps as you can before tiring.

5) Kegels (Women)- The pelvic floor muscles play an integral part in orgasm, and Kegels are an easy way to improve the strength of those muscles. Additionally, they provide great sexual satisfaction and stronger orgasms (especially when Kegels are done during sex) by targeting the muscles that tighten and release during sex, making the entire experience more pleasurable for both you and your partner.
