It's happened twice...we met, they went ghost in the very early stages of talking/dating, then months later out the blue they asked to go out. I decline then they have an attitude. It's weird behavior to me.

Oh, naw. This is different then what i thought you were asking. I thought it was between friends. I have irregular communication with a few friends but when we connect, it's all good energy.
Now if it was someone I am trying to date, that is different. If I stopped talking cold turkey, there was a reason and im not calling back. But I dont ghost people. I let them know what is up.
