I was wondering the same thing?

I was wondering if they were seen together or took a picture recently?

It does have a sound like a battle rapper wrote it,but it could just be a dope unknown good rapper/writer

Benzino was coached well on that second song.

I can’t hold Benzino up on that 2nd joint. It’s not bad to me.

It could have been a known battle rapper, but it also could have just been a nobody in the studio like i used to be. Some no name might have volunteered to ether Em cuz I can't see an established somebody lending his style to Benzino

But I would be in a support of most MCs I grew up listening to or who’s music I like,
If I agreed in the situation.

I don’t have to apologize for thinking Eminem raps great.

I would support Nas,Jay,Pac,Ras Kass,Pharoah Monch,OutKast,Joe Budden,Royce etc or any and many of the black rappers who make music I like too.

It’s not something specifically for Eminem,but Em is one of my favorite rappers.

Bodying is crazy.That first freestyle Benzino dropped wasn’t good at all.

He started off okay and then started going off beat and sounding horrible.

So I don’t think he did anything rd 1 and Em hasn’t responded to this 2nd song but I’m not gonna front,the second Benzino diss was alright.Not bad.

Idk if Em wants to even waste time in a full back and forth with Benzino ,but this might be a roll out for the new album Em is dropping soon.

Im just talking shit, but whoever wrote it is familiar with battle rap and raps in certain pockets, Cass is one of em.

Benzino did an interview this morning at a spot called Rap Grid, which is a battle rap platform. They asked him who's his top 5 battle rappers were and you can tell he didn't know anybody lol

Certain things were said in the diss that only somebody familiar with battle rap would say. Even the term "gun bars" is from battle rap.

Where is the majority of ppl saying that “ Where I’m From” freestyle was so good?

I wouldn’t even know how to judge that fully, but most of my timelines online think that Benzino is trash and then a few people are lik”Benzino is cooking Eminem”

My main issue with that first one is he goes way off beat most of it and sounds like somebody who’s still learning how to rap,but if ppl like that shit more power to them.

There is a clear difference between that first freestyle and that second song. He’s in the pocket in that 2nd song.
 
Idc tho, whoever wrote it set the bar and is forcing Em to actually rap and not just rhyme words for the sake of rhyming words.

He hasn't done that since Proof was alive, which is a conversation within itself. I do find it interesting that Em's style is significantly different when Proof was alive to what it became after Proof's death. Specifically his sense of humor within the raps.

I don’t think anyone is saying Benzino dropped some lyrical masterpiece but he hit on all the subjects that makes for a diss record. Record label, his dead homie, 8 mile movie reference, the standard of his disses etc. he stayed on topic and actually dissed him and wasn’t on some “I’m better” shit.

It was a good pt 2 for sure.

backfiring in the sense that he popped shit, benzino firing back and folks actually saying the response wasnt bad and that he landing some decent/ok hits on Em

i hear what you saying, but to be accurate em wasn’t just “popping shit”, benzino popped shit on math hoffa over the summer, em was the one responding
