In the ROY race should the record matter at all?

Wemby putting up like 20/10/3 on one of the worst teams in the league but Chet is giving like 17/7/2.5 shooting 38% 3pt on the best team in the west

But then it’s like Chet is the 2nd/3rd option and wemby is like the main most of the time and then do you factor in that Chet has help? But also factor that Chet is doing this while not being the main guy?

Like what’s the deal here?

Idk if record should matter but usage rate def should.

That said as good as Chet been and as bad as the Spurs been, Wemby the clear ROY so far imo

Same thing with MVP there's no exact qualifier it's just what's viewed at that time lol. I think Wemby should get it if this is about the ROOKIE himself. Dudes clearly balling it's not his fault the team presently is ass.
