Word. But we need someone who can defend guards cause fucking Grimes aint turn into what we were expecting. Brunson is our star player and we need to put a defensive guard next to him who also isnt a liability offensively. Imo Murray would be perfect. Can get you a good 18 in the flow of the offense, playmake for others, and even explode for 35+ every now again.

For taller atheltic wings we got RJ. Either he needs to be that or he can go too. Idk what we do at C. Think we stuck for the rest of the season. Idk who might be available to give us what we need.

All in all, the Murray trade wouldnt be one I would be mad at. Lets not go too crazy but I wouldnt mind spending some of our draft capital on him.

If they pair up Brunson with DM instead, im slapping someone.

RJ is our biggest wing we need more lol when we face off with guys like Tatum who are 6'10 and shit. Josh Hart, Donte, Grimes, they're all midgets which is why RJ gets stuck guarding them eventually. Murray can come if the Hawks aren't trying to screw us with the price otherwise, I'd rather use our picks and you know actually draft lol.

He isn’t a 2 and isn’t that good at guarding 2’s and 3’s. He will get steals because he gambles and rebounds though.

Jrue a free agent this summer and going to command a lot of money but I wonder if Boston would be ok with letting him walk knowing they still have Derrick White who is a better player at this point imo
