Nobody said it's outside of her control entirely. But you're speaking on a part that has actually been confirmed to happen. When you people in the industry openly admitting that Black actors and actresses aren't even considered or given the chance to audition for many roles giving the advice of "well go audition more" is intentionally missing the point
