I’ve worked at rec centers for years. Steph has completely changed the way kids think and play basketball. No one practices layups or their fundamentals. They practice 3s. I don’t feel it’s a good thing at all, but you can’t deny he has completely changed basketball forever. His impact on the game is bigger than any we’ve seen since Jordan.

See that's the thing. And I am not saying Curry ain't a PG or isn't in the convo...
Even ESPN when discussing this they are talking about his shooting...ahh PGs #1 option is being the floor general, setting up your teammates..
And it's different times now because their are plenty of PGs that are talented as fuck scoring the rock...
Just for me...I am thinking about the passing part of it first.
I would take Isiah Thomas 1st as my point guard over Curry too....cause Zeke gonna run my team and could take over the game off of passing and scoring..
So he's the better shooting guard, nothing you posted tells me he's the better point guard

Again..u are naming "scoring" when generally the PG position is to set up your teammates..not saying Curry doesn't do it...Zeke did it more plus could score...
And had crazy handles...
Going back to zeke's passing..I still remember his bounce pass alley-oop to Terry Mills in mid transition..that ish was crazy.

Steph is one of the greatest offensive engines EVER.
Saying he doesn't set his teammates up is categorically false.
Also mentioning Isiah in the same breath as Steph with Scoring is like mentioning Rudy Gobert in the same breath as Shaq as a post player

There are more ways to generate offense than pounding the ball for 20 seconds and passing to someone. And Steph is ATG at doing that too

1st off I NEVER said Curry didn't set his teammates up. Re-read what I said.
And I never said he was a better Scorer than Curry, I said he(isiah)could get you buckets too..he could dominate the game with his scoring and passing...
