Yep. In the morning after gym, after work, right before bed. Some girl told me that I shouldn't exfoliate multiple times a day though so now I only do it in the morning and I just gently wash my face before bed.

I use a Himalayan sea salt scrub like every other day. Shit does wonders and the oils leaves a nice scent.

I workout 4 to 6 times a week some times. I shower on average twice a day on workout days. If I get sex that day, that's another two (before and after).

Needless to say, I stay in the shower.

I shower everyday and depending on how active I am I'm in the tub multiple times.

Funky ppl make me sick. I caught the bus years back, and sat near a homeless white dude who smelled like death I got sick 45 minutes later.
