Saw this shit a few mins ago in my IG Timeline:

I remember when we pulled Pranks in School, esp around this time of Year when School was ending: Muthafuckas used to TP the Hallways, toss all their Notebooks and Textbooks out of their Lockers and into the Hallways, even busting Stinkbombs in the Hall, which had the School stinking like a rotten Egg Salad Sandwich.......

........but, nobody went to Jail.

Charging these 2 with a Felony for a stupid Prank is overkill, esp for a State like Texas. When I 1st moved there in '95, Kids (Freshmen) was STILL being hazed in High School by the Seniors.

What are your Thoughts?
 
I shared this Story with my Cousin, and she laughed about it. She then mentioned an Episode of "Bob's Burger" where the Daughter didn't want to go to Gym Class and she doused her Mom with Baby Powder, screaming, "ANTHRAX!" She then asked what would happen if she did that in Real Life.

My Response? Get charged with a Felony, if anything.

Muthafuckas aren't playing around these Days with Pranks anymore, esp one like that. That's no different that calling in a Bomb Threat as a Prank.

The Era of committing "Jackass"-style Hijinks is OVER.

😂 on the real though, hit them with a class A misdemeanor. Give them two years of supervised community service (if possible) assisting EMT’s, and a heavy fine. I honestly looked it up online to see what is the most legal severe thing that can be done in Texas before being hit with a felony.

I think them assisting EMT’s would be big because they could witness how they wasted those people’s time with that silly shit, how hard their job is, and also witness a lot of fucked up shit that could hopefully scare their dumb asses straight.

Hey what happens if they blow off the community service?
 
I keep thinking about my Senior Year in High School, Cary High School in Cary, NC. There was a Fight literally EVERYDAY that last Week of School, and Cary wasn't known for that kind of stuff, but my Senior Year seemed to have brought out something crazy in People. That Fall, during a Homecoming Game, there was a incident that had a Race Riot break out after a Football Game.

There was 1 such Altercation that jumped off in front of the Campus: a Red Honda pulled up to the School, and some Black Dude jumped out and started an argument with this Tall Brother, Avery. Guess they had a previous Altercation that prompted this Meeting, because Avery went to meet up with this Dude, and they instantly started throwin hands at each other, then fell onto another Car parked behind the Honda. Whomever was in that Car pulled up and those 2 rolled off the Car, still boxing.

All of a sudden, another Black Kid jumped out of the Honda and pulled a Pistol out and placed it on Avery's head, screaming, "GET THE FUCK OFF MY BROTHER OR I'LL SMOKE YO' ASS!"

Avery backed off quick, hands up and everything. Big Bro jumped up and they took off.
The following Year, while working at RDU, I was reading the Paper and saw a Story about this EXACT same Incident (it was a Week-long Expose on Troubled Teens. Came to find out the Younger Brother was being covered in this Story, and he was from D.C. Go figure).

Another Day, a Fight broke out in the Hallway between 2 Students. Mr. Palermo, one of the Assistant Principals, came to break the melee up. One of the other Students that was nearby just happened to be related to one of the Kids fighting, he was the older Brother (he also was on the Varsity Wrestling Team with my Twin, and MUCH shorter than Lil' Bro). He scooped Mr. Palermo up and SLAMMED him on the Linoleum floor, yelling, "GET THE FUCK OFF MY BROTHER!!" His Walkie-Talkie smashed to pieces allllll over the floor.

This same Asst. Principal, on another Day, caught some Stoner White Boys smoking Weed on the Football Bleachers during Class or Lunch Period or something. He yelled at them to get down, but they took off. When he chased them, he slipped on the Stairs and busted his Forehead wide open.

Funny Epilogue: one of my Younger Brothers, "Supa" Chris, told me Years later how Mr. Palermo became a Principal at his Elementary School. He asked him, "hey, aren't you Mr. Palermo?"

He responded, "yes, yes I am."

Baby Bro was like, "my Big Brothers told me about you. They said you used to get your Ass kicked in Cary High School ALOT!!!"

Mr. Palermo was like, "hey hey, don't say that! It's not true! Who told you that? Come to my Office....."

Baby Bro "Supa" Chris kicked him in the shin and took off.
