I support this movement. I deliberately spend more idle time on ABW as a conscious effort to spend less time on places like FB and Twitter which are constant reminders of how trash the world can be, both on macro and micro level.

As human beings, a trait we all got and cant escape from is hypocricy. Meaning even the best of us sometimes make selfish decisions that hurt others, and thats ok.
No one can be good and 100% thoughtful all the time, but if you trying to be good, and help those around you more than you hurt them, then you living right.
Socrates said 2500 years ago that a human being that is not self reflective is no different from an animal. Cause what makes human is the ability to self reflect and ask ourselves why we do the things we do and how we can be better.
Crazy how some wisdom written 2500 years ago in a world 1000% different than the one we live in still rings true.
