I mean, I can see it. At some point, Rihanna is going to Dragonstone. And Cole ain’t going with her. Meaning he’ll remain in King’s Landing to guard the king and queen. Rhianna already shunned him. A few years of distance between them and a few years of Cole protecting allicent - the woman who prevented him from killing himself at his lowest moment - and her kids, etc, and BOOM…a loyal servant.
