You can only stack them to a max of 2. So if you don't make a transfer for 3 weeks you still only get 2 transfers instead of 3

Man, just watched Harry Redknapp on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, the guy left without getting to £1k... He got who played John Rambo wrong...
