Thanks manThis past week I got his mortgage down $200 in a year of being here without refinancing and without it having an impact on my credit.
It was a risky move but I took that chance and it worked.

We are a great people. I just wish Flavor Flav wasn’t reduced to the caricature he became and stood in his greatness. Unfortunately we are forced to be the caricature in order to achieve fame and success. Or maybe we choose that path sometimes, idk.
Either way we’re better than our caricatures and we should stand strong in our greatness.
My city is doing gentrification right
To be honest, if it’s something that’s not personal to me and it’s just standard policy/contract stuff, I don’t read it. There’s probably nothing in there where I’m going to say “well hold up just a darn minute, I’m certainly not signing up for my company offered insurance if this is a stipulation!!”When yall get mail that has disclosure information. Do you read through all those documents?
And to be clearer. I am referring to the extra sheets that explain policy and agreements, sharing of personal information. Most times it's one document that really gives you the core detail and then it's 3 other sheets with small print lol.

Mortgage stuff and contracts/policies specific to me or work being performed for me, then yeah I’ll peruse it.
