Simultaneously means at the same time. Actually in this instance it's the combination of racism, sexism, homophobia...oh and calling the commissioner a pussy that probably got him fired. You can't as Roger Goodell have it leaked that a person who is a current coach was out here calling you a pussy and he still got his job. That type of thing does far more damage to the league's image than any racism or homophobia does unfortunately. His resignation was announced after the NFL basically told the Raiders "either fire him or we'll make you fire him".

Everybody knows they don't like him but they aren't coaches and ain't no coach about to call the head of the league they play for a pussy, it get out publicly and they still keep their job. Sending pics of team cheerleaders like swapping nudes and the racist comments towards Demaurice Smith and the comments about Michael Sam would've resulted in a year long suspension at best. Calling Roger Goodell a pussy...that was where he crossed that line Goodell couldn't publicly excuse.

I guess you didn't see where he called Goodell multiple "faggots" and bad mouthed some of the owners as well. But people will believe what they want.
