You just made this shit up. The Cosby shit was building long before a one off joke. There was already plenty of shit in the media about the allegations and people not fucking with Cosby. Who you gonna blame for the failed publicity stunt Cosby team had to walk back after they tried to pull a "meme Cosby" thing that ended with nothing but memes being made about him being a rapist before Hannibal Burress ever said anything?

Naw if you have seen the clip it was clearly taken on somebody's phone. This is something comedians have been against for years. Cosby brought this on himself. You can argue about statute of limitations and who lying but at the end of the day Cosby chose to present himself falsely instead of being who he truly was. I hate to see the fall of an iconic black father figure too but he was moving wrong and finger wagging and sabotaging folks careers, just for it to come out that he living wild.

He gave names.
now think about how many times the jokes been said then why this the only one to go viral.
Now if you believe it or not is up to you. But it was said. And if it’s a lie, I expect this man to be sued for slander.
