Maybe cause I'm getting older but a lot of y'all criticisms about music in general are weird af

I'm all for jokes which I know who the usual suspects are then I lol accordingly but some of y'all niggas gotta be miserable af irl for y'all to come up with some of the descriptions y'all give for album reviews.

Do y'all niggas like any fucking thing?

Btw I'm 2 songs in. Didn't really enjoy Scorpion as a body of work but it had some cuts on it.

Y'all know the nigga rap about fucking chicks, being in love, etc, yet y'all come in all his album threads complaining about what he's been rapping about since he's been rapping.

At this point I’ve given up on Drake stepping outside of his usual box when it comes to albums. I’m sure CLB will do well ”where” & “with who” it’s supposed to because he’s mastered executing that formula, but I’m struggling to find something that’ll bring me back to this album after the newness wears off.
 
This album the definition of mid.. Shit generic and uninspired af.. He hasn't shown any growth in 15 years..I dunno how long you can have this same subject matter.. I guess with the anticipation I was expecting something different.. he kinda packed it in besides a few tracks where he decided to really go in.. I'm keeping about 5 outta 21 tracks

I don't agree.. When somebody is at the top it's gone get critiqued up and down.. Yeah he's been rapping about the same thing since he started but major events have happened.. Ppl close to him have gotten murdered, he's had a child, etc.. You expect to see some kinda introspection and growth besides a couple bars here and there.. I don't see how you don't understand why listeners wouldnt expect more

If the reviews I've read in here were doing this, as the majority, my post doesn't get posted but that's not what's happening

There were 2 pages just about the album cover. It's a two edged sword though. In a digital age, to me, the cover art is the absolute last thing if at all that's going to get my attention. I play the music mostly in the car/background. I'm not watching the time seeker advance while listening to this so it could've been a purple pumpkin for all I care. But on the other hand I get it, we grew up in the age of the physical album cover which would always lead to some cool convos back in high school or whatever.

It's just not enough to move the needle for me.
