Those women are hurting real victims chance at justice in my eyes.

while I think prosecuting rape should not have a time limit placed on it....I also have to understand the climate at the time.

it’s just a matter of time before providing alcohol will be an issue.

True. Hard for the average person to be objective. Judge Joe brought the facts without emotions compared to Marc getting emotional. Crying wolf doesn't get prosecuted like it should. Just look at the backlash Phylicia is getting from Howard and everywhere else for the comments she made supporting JUSTICE.

Providing alcohol is already an issue. Hence why so many took issue with Phylicia Rashad being the dean on a college campus that has had issues with alcohol related assaults and how they handle them.
