Of course him doing sexual things while she unconscious would be wrong, but he saying that’s not how it happened …and this is where their stories don’t match.

a homeboy of mine took 6 Xans once and drove himself home but not before driving his car into a fountain at the entrance of his neighborhood. He completely blacked out…doesn’t even remember who gave him his keys, much less that he even got behind the wheel and drove. He evidently had enough awareness to at least successfully navigate to the location of where he lived. The fact that he doesn’t remember doing it doesn’t absolve him. Are we to blame the person for giving him the keys and letting him drive?

Your Hennessy example fails because they both agree he didn’t lace or spike her drink.

I always have my car keys,so nobody has to give me my car keys.

I get it we are suppose to stand up for our people but not when they testified and admitted to some evil shit. I remember reading from John Newton memoirs (dude who wrote amazing grace) while he was in west Africa about the values of our ancestors not supporting rapist and cheaters and the people who were hurt by this could take everything. Showing you that valuables mean shit when it comes to morality. Morals and ethics are more important than a wealthy black person that shitted on black people and we act like he never did because he went to jail some admitted shit.
