I think Jimmy fell in love with the triple double this year instead of attacking more. I know it's a hot take but I stand by it. He's always had a iffy jumper but imo what makes Jimmy good is when he attacks.

Too many times would I see him beat his man off the dribble, have a good look at the cup and then passes it out ala Ben Simmons. I tease about all the free throws but it's effective.

I should've said work on his jumper rather than get it back, I know hes not a 3pt shooter by any means but hes better from midrange than what he displayed in the playoffs

I'll say this though, Jimmy about to be 32....them Thibs minutes might be catching up to him

I think @Mafuzzychef brought up the idea of the Heat flipping him now....I doubt they would do it but I would definitely be considering and would probably pull the trigger on the right deal if I was Pat

I actually feel like too many times, he had to put the team on his back to scratch out wins this season. He actually prefers the playmaker role you were referencing

I feel ya, but if he wants to be the playmaker the team needs a more consistent scorer that can feed off of Jimmy's passing. Your offense was awful at times this season.
