this might be a simple take but: as long as we have Kyrie + KD + Harden they’re gonna be fine. I don’t think they have the same chemistry issues last years Clippers had who admittedly claimed they walked into that season with a bit of arrogance. I think the Nets will be straight as long as they can get them 3 on the court.

Hey listen man you might be right. A more cohesive team that catches fire might catch them by surprise though
 
For me its the Nets tied with the Sixers to come out the east with the Nets getting the edge. Thats if they healthy.

Next the Bucks. I dont expect the Bucks to make it but Giannis is still Giannis and I wont surprised if he catches fire.

After them 3, come the heat, Knicks, and Celtics. None of them got a chance imo. Id be highly surprised if any of these 3 make it. They only even in the discussion just cause they there.

But let's respect the process tho, they are mired with injury too. To only play 7 games together and then think you're gonna just breeze through the playoffs seems like a tall order.

We just seen so many storylines thwarted already:

“Kyrie is a locker room cancer”

everyone in the locker room speak highly of him & having his best season of his career

“ Can KD come back KD?”
*He been averaging close to 30ppg & has the highest shooting percentages of his career

“can Kyrie and KD coexist”
*Clearly

“Can KD + Harden play together.... Kyrie isn’t going to like Harden running the point ”

*Kyrie gets his best D-Wade on and gives up the rock to Harden who has reinvented himself and has arguably become just as important to the team’s success as KD.

The Nets even went from being horrid defensively to basically average and since February they are at least a 13th-15th ranked Defense. It becomes a question of What more do people want?
