Couple of things.

Why would they rig this for Tom? He's been there, done that, and has one foot out the door. Mahomes is the future...as a business, they're more likely to cater to him. They could flow right into the Mahomes vs Brady career narrative... that's dead now though. He's not catching Tom.

They didn't call much on their offense except correct holding calls... probably could have called more. They scored 9 points though... who the hell has to cheat to help a defense holding a team to 9 points win?

Why WOULDN'T the league rig this for Tommy? They've been riding him as "The Golden Boy" for the last 20 years. Why not give him the definitive title as "The GOAT" before switching to the next generation?

Also, that offsides call on that FG attempt was bullshit. So was that holding call on that uncatchable pass. We're not saying the refs rigged this shit all the way through....but the 2Q sucked the air out of the game, clearly.

That's not to excuse the shitty O-Line play and dropped passes, but by the midway point of the 3rd, the game itself just became a joke. No one wants to see that in the Bowl.

I already explained why, and he was already the GOAT. People only call that uncatchable when it's a team they don't like getting the call. It's called like that allll year for people.

If you're a hater just say it man. The offside was bullshit? At worst they called the wrong guy for it. Hardman lined up with his whole shoulder in front of the next man's helmet... but there's no way he was in the neutral zone?

I really didn't understand Chiefs game planned. TB really had two high safeties and you don't run the ball? that doesn't make sense when they're taking away your best players. Why even draft a RB in the 1st and Don't use him.

Lol

“He dont call plays”

“He dont even really do anything”

“Kafka really runs that offense”

I want everybody to keep that same energy

I just wanted to see a decent game. This wasn't it.

The holding call on the int and the PI when they feet got tangled were phantom calls

So what? Even if you gave Kansas City a free touchdown (+7 points) and took away one of the Bucs touchdowns (-7 points) Tampa Bay still wins.

Brady has had some elite defensive play occur in a few of the Super Bowls he's played in. Giving up 17 points to the Greatest Show on Turf, 3 points to the Rams that were smacking teams a few years ago, 9 points to Mahomes

You can debate between Kareem, Wilt, Magic, MJ, Kobe and LeBron. Their statistics are all in the same range. Bill Russel is the outlier in basketball.

Tom Brady is the outlier in Football but there's no excuses. I mean people say Bill Russel played against short White guys and there were only 8 teams.

Is Tom Brady really that much better than Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, John Elway and Troy Aikman?
