whats one of the worst things your partner did in your relationship and how did yall overcome it?

and how did it change the dynamics of your guys relationship?

my ex heard me telling another guy i loved him when i was at a bar. it was one of those “omg i love you sooo much” white girl voice type expressions because the dude had bought me some drinks :/

my ex was mad at me for months after that ??

he eventually forgave me but boy did i have to explain over and over again i didnt want the guy

my daughter's mother left the house when my daughter was 5.... she said she was not fit to be a mother... was i mad ? yes but life goes on... being a single parent only made me stronger.

When she hit me and I didn't knock her fucking block off. It took time and her showing she wouldn't pull that shit again but the thought never went away in my mind.
