2020 NFL Season Thread

The No trade clause can suppress the deal slightly. It still would be a lot to get him but not necessarily the best offer of the bunch.

I haven't been following cuz idgaf (these white billionaire owners gonna do tf they want. Cant no one tell em shit) but is the new GM Houston hired that bad? Ppl aint even giving dude a chance...

I think players around the league are getting sick of Patriots in the front office

How many of these people have had any success? The Belicheck coaching tree we all know is bad but we don't talk nearly enough about the terrible Patriot executives that leave shits stains smeared across the league

From everything I’ve read dude is legit as far as being a GM but it’s the Patriots connection for me as a fan that I’m tired of.

My Dolphins could acquire Deshaun via trade but we still need more weapons before even thinking about a trade

I don’t feel bad for Watson. He knew what the ownership was about and still signed the contract.

What was he supposed to do. Not sign it n then get franchised tagged, possibilty of getting hurt before cashing in the big bag. Didnt they trade Hopkins after he signed, dude thought he was in a good position...I forget. Either way, that's his first big bag, you take it without messing around

Watson would have to play this year then his 5th year option and then two tags.

He wasn’t going anywhere

Brah...stop this right now SMH. Dont put Marquis Colston in the same sentence as megatron. If u watched football during megatron time...you know what the fuck is up. Fuck them numbers. Dude retired early. Megatron top 10 all time. Numbers might not support it due to retirement, but if u saw dude play, YOU KNOW!

Exactly. From the moment CJ stepped onto the field for the first time to when he stepped off for the last, he was no worst than the 2nd best WR in the game.

I think so. We need to draft a WR and get a veteran WR in the off-season as well. See how Tua looks with some weapons and a younger OC

I agree with going with Tua as well. I think we need draft a wr but I think a really good as rb would help Tua whole lot as well. I don't mean rb committee type back I mean someone that is supposed to carry load and get relieved here and there.

Get the best wr we can first either through the draft or free agency before the rb but I would definitely look into trying to get a top tier rb.
