Play who’s in front of you. The fact that he’s putting up numbers against shitty defenses proves he’s doing what he’s supposed to be doing.
You know how many top defenses the chiefs have faced this year? 1. I don’t hear anybody criticizing Mahomes numbers.

Truth. That and Wentz put up solid numbers last year with about the same cast as this year minus some injuries. He been playing like ass clearly. Watson ain’t perfect by any means but Wentz ain’t the same QB he was after the almost MVP season. It’s been a gradual decline.

That you’d think with such talent Wentz has he’d be doing better than 14 TDs & picks. Even with the better TD/Int ratio Watson mobility & performance in the clutch last year outshines Wentz. Not overwhelmingly but it does. Regardless of the numbers I’d take Watson over Wentz as of right now.
