I looked up the pic and Beyonce dresses like a queen all the time and the ppl in the pics are not all dark skinned in the ones I see,but I don't see one with Blue besides the Halloween pics where they dressed like Coming To America.
but if the theme is black royalty that would make me think of Africa and it would make sense that the ppl would be dark.
