They at 84% counted.
Even if the remaining 16% is all mail in votes, its hard to think a 300k vote swing will happen with just 16% of the vote left. .

Trump is up like 700k in PA, though. If there's 1.2 million left, Biden need to win 90% of the remaining votes.

Biden still has a chance in PA, but overcoming a 650k deficit with just 2M votes left to count is more unlikely than not.

Don't look at the percent. Look at the projected number of votes. Georgia still hasn't counted the mail in from their largest county which is a Democratic stronghold. The votes from that county alone will flip the state.

Those numbers already been proven wrong. 2.5mil requested ballots doesnt mean 2.5M were returned.
The amount of mail in ballots is much lower than that.
