Underrated TV Shows you wish more people watched?

Could y'all name some tv shows that you absolutely loved but never really hit the mainstream. TV Shows you think more people should watch.

Rectify (4 seasons)

In my opinion this is one of the best written and emotionally driven dramas I’ve seen. Rectify is about a man (Daniel Holden) exonerated for murder who readjusts to life in his small town in Georgia after 20 years on death row. Like I said, underrated, and tremendously well acted and scripted. I definitely recommend it!

Mr Mercedes (2 Seasons)

This is another great underrated show that's based on Stephen Kings "Bill Hodges Trilogy". I had already read the book "Mr Mercedes" and didn't expect the TV show to be as good as the book but I was wrong. This is definitely one of the best King adaptations out there. It tells the story of a psychopathic killer who drives a stolen Mercedes into a crowd and a recently retired detective who tries to bring him down while being taunted by the murderer. Great actors and acting. I highly recommend it.

Rectify is in my alltime top 5.

I love that show.

Battlestar Galactica - high stakes Sci fi classic. Amazing acting, writing, plot, direction with a tight budget. They did that shit. It just does not get it's due. Especially on abw. That hurts me.

Happy endings - easily the funniest sitcom no one ever talks about. Legit laugh out loud funny. Shout out to @Stomp Johnson thought I was the only one.

Top Boy - the old and the new aren't as valued as they should be.

Utopia - niggas not even as hip to the remake as they should be. The original is a classic and just straight disrespected.

The 4400 - If the sci fy channel had the budget to do this how it was supposed to be done. Sheesh.

MAD MEN (in my top-five)

Don't know if it's underrated but most black people i know haven't watched it and those that try, don't find it entertaining.

Little to no nudity or violence.

Impeccable acting complemented by great visual cues, dialogue and background design.

Its not

That shit is boring

Not even no tiddys or violence in it

I never watched it but you mean to tell me snowflake with the big ol titties Christina Hendricks was on there and never showed them shits???

Niggas lost.

That's a tragedy.

I don't need nudity or violence to appreciate acting.

If i want it, there's plenty of other films and tv show that can supply that.
