The Syfy miniseries is the most accurate to the material. The David Lynch movie is a mixed bag. The documentary on the unmade Jodorowsky adaptation is the most intriguing.

Preview photos look tough af. Denis Villeneuve hasn't put a foot wrong so far - liking the fact he's getting the time to tell the story over two films.

Better than Starship Troopers IMO. I should say I’m not terribly big on military science fiction. Familiar with Enders Game but never actually read the book.
