In what context?
I was telling her bout this lady who is a friend of the family who calls me almost everyday or pops up at the house without calling.

She's around 50. We're not friends. My bestfriend doesn't call or see me everyday so I was explaining that I don't want the lady calling me all the time or coming over.

She's nice or whatever, but clingy and extra emotional. I don't like ppl in my face constantly. Then she proceeded to call me an introvert lol.

Yall not friends that is all that needs to be said. Nothing wrong with wanting to be in your comfort zone whether it's with people or alone.

Is bein an introvert a bad thing?

Not at all.

In general I think introverts have a richer inner self and are more self reflective and aware.

Extroverts are better at drawing out and analyzing inputs from other people.

Neither is bad. Though I do think if one is too far to one side of the spectrum they are likely to be missing some perspectives.

My auntie just called me one. Idk if it was in a negative light or nah.
Saw a dope description of introvert and extroverts once. It may help you out.

As humans we all have to gather mental energy to make it through the day. Introverts create mental energy from within. That energy is used for when introverts have to be extrovert, and exist outside themselves. But to recharge, they have to be by themselves, because anything else is a drain of energy.

Extroverts create energy by feeding off of the energy of others. And being alone is actually a drain of their energy. So where living outside them themselves drains introverts, it actually is what extroverts use to recharge their batteries.

In essence, as an introvert, you are a renewable fuel for urself and others. And that is a great strength.
