Fuck if I know. I googled the shit. But now that I dig deeper, the soundtrack may have never came out. They say Tip recorded so many songs for it that they eventually just packaged most of them together as his King album. As far as the other records on the 'soundtrack' - really just the songs that played in the movie - seems like maybe they just decided to not put them out at all.

That's kinda what I gather from the little research I did.

I think I found it.... give me a couple of bars or the hook so I can confirm
 
I found like 5 different songs with that title on different sites and they sound different
 
The other site has the same ones..... but it's a lot of rare stuff to be found on that one if needed

While y'all are being helpful, I've been looking for a song by DJ Kool(?) for years. I believe it's called The Water Dance. The songs on YouTube aren't the joint I heard back in 95.

Searching the wrong got damn artist. The version I heard must have been the club/mega mix because it was longer but that's the song.

You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Edit: Just read the words at the beginning of the video and this is the "revised" version of the song. Can't find the full length song though.
