Official 2019-2020 NBA Thread

Thing is, Giannis IS having an amazing season. It's not anything against him, but LeBron is just most valuable, and people value points more, and LeBron creates more overall. He is also in the much tougher conference. And late season games are much more important than early season games, and LeBron has been the best player since all-star break and closing in on their record all while having a much tougher schedule.

I also thought Harden deserved it last year over Giannis. Waaay better stats, and much more valuable. Just because his team was in 4th they didn't give him a fair shot.

Bruh all of this is false.

The weaker conference thing is casual fan talk. Not cause the East isnt weak, but cause the Bucks have a better record against the West than the Lakers do. By a lot.

Bron is having an amazing season, Giannis is having a historic season. On both sides. Just look how his team is struggling with him injured.

Other than assists, Giannis has higher stats in every category but assists, and with much less minutes. Giannis also leads in every stat.

Bron doesnt even lead his team in scoring. And has a top 5 DPOY candidate on his team. Just pointing out the amount of help he has vs. Giannis.

I aint saying this to make light of Brons season. His season has been amazing. But I dont see hoq this is even close. Like I have Giannis winning MVP by a wide margin.

Lakers are 33-7= 82%

Basic math???

Bucks lost to Suns, ok, they were 5-1 without him before, then they lost their next one to a great Western Nuggets team on the road. And he has a larger sample size during the entire season where the team still has a great positive point differential with him off the floor. Yes, it's extremely greater with him on it, but they are in the negative with LeBron on the floor, even with AD on the floor.

LeBron has 26 and 11, he is also the go-to in the 4th quarter. He literally is playing point guard this year. That's why scoring is down, but he still has 26 a game despite that.

Fam. On defense you said Bron is better in small doses when hes trying. And now you threw in a scoring is down despite that. I feel like youre a post away from "but hes 35" and 2 posts away from "but Kobe died"
