Really this just follows Geralt, but Ciri is very important too. GoT got a ton of main characters and LoT is easy to follow since its just 3 movies. What don't you understand about LoT?

Crazy because the games had no none white characters and one of the devs was talking about its set in europe when no blacks were there yet the show has blacks like GoT, Gladiator and Spartacus did. Witcher is not based on actual events like Spartacus. So I has to check him.

Yeah I realized it was doing that when Geralt met the Queen when we know what happened already. They should put a time stamp so we know when a certain scene takes place.

That was probably done on purpose. They probably want the audience to figure it out, and have that "AH HA!" moment. I know I did when I realized it.
