Ainge is only Ainge b/c Billy King was too dumb as a GM

His draft record is average at best, and his best FA signing was probably Horford and now he gone

Ainge should've gotten canned a few years ago

I was one of the most optimistic Dell Demps people on this site, but even i had to come to the realization that homie just wasnt the right man for the job after a while. It's ok to be wrong fam, but dont double down on it

So he lands Ray Allen and K.G., than was able to send KG and PP packing for a great package, grabbed kyrie was in line for AD and/or others but he should of been fired

Do you know how many shit GMs are in this league....after their title run they remain competitive and gone to a few conference finals..

we talking about the picks he got for those dudes, not them

You are speaking about the GM and his abilities..whether you agree or dont agree with how he handle the picks...he chose a path looked like it was going to work out and it didnt.

And I'm supposed to sit here and say they should fire him off of "what ifs??"

Again let me going down the line of the great GMs your teams seem to have...

what has Ainge done with the picks? This is what everyone is talking about, but you keep going in circles about stuff nobody has brought up

The picks were supposed to solidify their future, and he has nothing to show for them is what everyone is saying

I think I already said..I understand about the picks and the reaction...he had a plan and it didnt work..the fuck should he be fire for?
