I thought Ganso was going to be a beast.

Oscar is missing!

That fraud I had so much hope for him he outplayed Mata kdb hazard Salah under jose for 6 months.

Then he would have the odd game of brilliance.

After his debut the best debut goals of all time I was a major fan that's why I get @DNB1 love for pogba

I ain't having the jcole disrespect I always see glen hoddle say Jose destroyed his career it's just madness

Said it Many times football is a short term memory sport
It ain't disrespect and his career wasn't destroyed but he was restricted and we never really got to see him express himself. He should have been a proper no.10. Payet-like. Obviously the trophies vindicate what Jose did but still he was expected to be the new Gazza

I read this too but I think he would end up more frustrated there than he was at Utd.
Marco Silva spent 200m in 18 months...that’s the type of spending Jose needs.
Spurs should be able to spend. Stadium is built, next step is to hire Mourinho and support him financially like Chelsea did in his first stint with us (or how Man City supported Pep).

Spurs have the potential to go to the next level like we and Man City did, just need to be bold.

Its whether the players Jose would want would accept Spurs/Levy pay structure at the club.
And Levy won’t buy players over 30 or even extend contracts for players reaching that age which is why Poch is frustrated.

Jose likes experienced players.

Chelsea fans are hilarious. Acting like the scenarios sre even remotely similar. Spurs are developing the correct way and are going to go through the growing pains that Arsenal have, because no matter how much matchday revenues have increased, they still need to service the debt of that stadium. If you think they can do that and splurge on players the way Chelsea did in 05 then you are insane. Especially the fact that they are not even selling their big assets like Eriksen and Alderweireld and instead letting them run their contracts down.

Chelsea and Man City were lottery winners with the fact they got picked by their owners. They could have been any club. Both clubs were non-factors prior to that. Lol @ just need to be bold. Football fans are hilarious boy!

I think Spurs have managed their stadium debt better than Arsenal and easily bring in more revenue.
However the current strategy that Spurs use in regards to transfers, wage structure is the exact opposite of what Jose needs to succeed.
With Poch they have a manager that will coach young players to be better, with the ultimate aim of making a profit when selling on. Hence the policy of not giving contracts to ageing players.
Jose doesn’t fuck with young players unless they are the finished article. He doesn’t have the patience to allow them to make mistakes in must win games...and when he loses such games he will blame the players...doesn’t fit Spurs philosophy.

I’d expect Spurs to take a serious look at Eddie Howe or Brendan Rogers.

However the Lyon chief says Jose already has his next job lined up in England so who knows...

Jose lives in London so it would make sense he’d be interested in Spurs or Arsenal.

LOL, this is all wishful thinking on your part. U would like Spurs to keep doing it the Arsenal way and stay at that "level". That would be ideal for u. But Scared money don't make no money.

They dont need to go crazy like we or Man City did, but they need to spend and pay competitive wages.

Now if they are cool with been in the 2nd/3rd tier, thats cool too. But i would like to see them step up and be serious contenders every year.

LOL, its so funny that @DNB1 seems the most interested in Mourinho's next job. Weighing out the Pros and cons, serching for the ideal fit. U are a secret fan bro, embrace it.

Why do u guys do this?

Obviously the trophies "vindicate" what Jose "did"??????

Joe Cole and Mourinho were together for pretty much 3 full seasons. Joe Cole came to Chelsea in 2003, was not a key player until 2004 when Mourinho (in his 1st season) gave him more responsibilities. Had a pretty good season, maybe the 2nd best season of his career.

2005, After earning Mourinho's trust, he became one of the key players that season. Had the best season in his career and was on the PFA team of the year.

2006, Was injured for most of the season.

2007, Mourinho was gone by September.

The 2 seasons he was able to play consistently under Mourinho were probably his 2 best seasons in his whole career. I know u tried to edge your criticism, but its not valid AT ALL.
