2019-20 NFL Season Thread

Didnt barry only play 8 years n never w a top tier qb n still got 15k....wow

I think he played 10 years but yea he never had much as far as QB. Gore at least had a good year with Alex Smith & went to that Super Bowl with Kaep.

Best case scenario for me

Skins get # 1
Dolphins 2
Cincy #3

Bengals fall in love with Tua as well, so Dolphins budge and give it up to get their guy. We get Chase Young at 2 plus additional assets

So far this season, Tua has outplayed Lawrence
He outplayed Lawrence last year too. Ppl let that Bama game influence their perception of Lawrence. And Bama's defense was alot better on paper than it actually was. He was good but he hadnt been playing like he did that game the entire season. That was the first time some of them saw him play and he balled out on the highest stage. He not this one in a generation QB that they have been hailing him as this season.. Def a good prospect though

I remember watching Young in high school. Need to check him out this season cause I wasn't to impressed with what I saw last year to draft him that high. No doubt he can play maybe this year its all coming together for him.

Tua is the best QB coming out this year right now.

But, Tua didnt look good vs defense with NFL Talent. I like Tua but his WRs take them screens to the house or always open

Georgia 10-25 1 TDs 2 INTs

Clemson 22-34 295 2TDs 2INTs (garbage yards in garbage time)

LSU 25-42 2TDs 1 INT

IMO neither is Tua.

We can say their both overrated. I just prefer Lawrence to Tua is all.

I agree with both of yall, Im just tired of the media being on Lawrence's nuts.. And its hard to tell with these new schemes where the coaches are drawing up plays where somebody is always open.. They not really having to read shit. I think Lawrence has the stronger arm and Tua is way more accurate but struggles against pressure..They both throwing to two first rounders apiece.

His ball placement is elite though, it's what allows his playmakers to do their thing

You can literally say this about any player lol
The point made was that Lawrence would be the better pro QB. You said Tua been outplaying Lawrence this year, implying he might be the better pro QB. Hence my statement that college performance doesn’t always translate to pro performance.
