WWE SummerSlam (7/30/22)

Chi my boy are you ever happy? At this point why does it matter. They just going to play tug o war wit the belt for the 100th time and we seen the same build over and over. Its actually peaceful they not wasting tv with a repeat of the same old shit. Cody Rhodes getting hurt caused this unneeded rematch because they dont believe in any of the folks they built up the past 2 years.
Y'all can't say part time brock holding a title is bad and then say part time roman holding two is good. Having them both on the biggest ppv of the summer where they don't interact is not good booking.

I def agree the Summer Slam build has been complete shit. They should put the Roman Brock match first where it deserves to be based on the build and over do of these two. Folks saying they like Austin and Rock for this gen as a pass well its not the same as Austin and Rock never had a dull feud or build.

The weather forecast for next Saturday's Summerslam in Nashville, TN is currently a 60% chance of rain

Watching the Roman/Brock WM match.

Yeeeeaahhh...Tribal chief was definitely eatin good during his vacation after WM. LOL!!!

I can see the uso's getting involved in the theory match costing him the u.s title and then theory returning the favor and costing them the tag titles

One of the major questions we have been asked a lot by readers over the last several weeks is how will World Wrestling Entertainment deal with potential thunderstorms on Summerslam Saturday in Nashville.

PWInsider has been told that after being hit with a weather delay at Wrestlemania 37, WWE is prepared for the potential of the show being paused due to the weather.

If they indeed have to deal with such an occurrence, we are told there will be an indoor area ready that would serve the same function as as the WWE pre show panel show area outside among the fans.

If WWE needs to pause the show, they can go to that area to broadcast discussions and bring talents over for interviews to help kill the time until they get the all clear again.

Obviously they are hoping that doesn't happen, but they have a contingency plan ready if necessary.

PWInsider.com is told that the stage for this year's Summerslam PPV in Nashville is very similar to last year's set up with the big video wall and the tunnel within for the talents to come out of.

The word making the rounds internally is that WWE has moved around 34,000 tickets total. They are expecting 36,000-38,000 or so tomorrow, although the officially announced number will probably be higher. A good portion of the stadium is already tarped off behind the hard cameras and the entrance stage area.

Charlotte Flair has been spotted in Nashville, so she's in town already if WWE needs her to make an appearance for Summerslam. Obviously, she'll be in attendance at the Ric Flair Last Match PPV on Sunday.
