Lmaoooo these last couple of post man....This thread got quiet all ready. It's only February!! Im on week 7 of my 3 month BodyBeast workout program. I'm definitely seeing gains, but only men that also workout have been complementing me...smh.
Yeah for real, covids put major damper on training.
All I've been doing is cardio on the street.
SameGyms down here been open, but I been tryna shake back since I caught the rona in late Jan. Still dealing with some breathing issues.
