What works best for your libido?

I find that vitamin D works well for me.

When I take it i get disgustingly horny. Like trembling and shit. An azz goes from just a regular phatty to an onion booty. I'll shed a tear. A phat munky makes my mouth water.

When I don't, as of recent anyway, my desire is few and far between. I could watch a porn and be more liable to admire how comfy the couch they're banging on looks and whether or not I could find it on Wayfair.

I find my sex drive will shoot up after exercise as well.

General health is obviously an important factor in maintaining a healthy libido.

But as far as routines, supplements, foods, drinks etc, what works for u guys and gals?

There's a lot of gimmicks out there so let's focus on the real deal.

Black ppl have the highest incidence of vitamin D deficiency and it's made all the worse through the winter when the sun is lacking and we're all covered up or indoors.

So yeah, consider taking a D supplement if you feel you aren't getting enough sun. 400 - 800 iu is recommended by some. I personally take 800 - 1200 iu per day.

U might just start boning better than ever.
