What Are You Cooking for Dinner Tonight??

You season em after coming out the grease? I was peeling some potatoes and started using the peeler to slice em so they would be a potato chip and it crossed my mind.
I imagine grease need to be hot though.
Honestly, I don't even remember. It was so long ago. I would say season half before and the other half after to see which one tastes better. I really wanna try kettle frying. Seems like the best option. I love kettle fried chips.
 
Was in greece this week. Couple of dishes I had. All the food was good. And so much cheaper then the states.

Calamari. So damn good. All of that was like 10 dollars/euros

Fried stuffed squid. Stuffed with rice, cheese and peppers. It was the whole body fried. Damn good
