Don't know about office work but the factory worker talking talking about 30 min breaks and what not sounds on part with every factory I've been in.

And this can have a knock down effect. You shut down the trains, you are shutting down the ports. If the ports are either shut down or backed up, there will be a backlog of ships waiting to get in.

More reason to give them what theyre reasonably asking for. I could see if they were just trying to shake folks down.. but that doesn't seem to be the case here
