That's not the issue. His approval rating tanked because of his handling of COVID. Dems also used COVID to mobilize a lot of people who weren't enthusiastic about Biden. Hell, the only way that Biden consistently and effectively attacked Trump was on COVID.

I sincerely believe it would have been a repeat of 2016. Biden probably would have won the popular vote, but he would have lost the EC.

The Bills have already passed in Congress. All Schumer has to do is put them on the floor for a vote which Dems will win since they will have the majority.
