The memo, from the Department of Homeland Security to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), was reportedly sent out after the new president signed an executive order on his first day in office.

"This includes Mexican bus runs, charter flights and commercial removals (until further notice) ... all cases are to be considered [no significant likelihood of removal in foreseeable future]."
