Without the chair it's a lot of open space there imo. With the chair it's kinda tight there. I have a smaller swivel chair in my room I could probably switch with this one.

Yea. It was originally like a secondary living room i guess but i envisioned putting the pool table in there day one and did.

Thank you. I removed the carpet and sanded it down but contracted out the paint job. Thought about it but I hate painting and would of been heated if it came out fucked up so i didnt chance it lol.
