Gotta couple of topics that already threads that I think will make for some good discussion between 2-4 members

First topic up for debate is.......should POC leave they communities after they obtain wealth/status. ie kid from the hood goes off to college/trade and obtains a job that nets him 85k-100k a year. Should his first home be back in his community or should he move up/out to the burbs
