I decided to make a thread to help those of us who may be going thru something and need an intervention to keep us on the straight and arrow

I'll go first; I want some beef. Super pause

Been without red meat for about 4 months or so and man am I having cravings. A Ribeye and oxtail been calling me day and night. The other day I sat outside of cook out just smelling the burgers for about 5 minutes. I think I'm a relapse soon

What made you quit in the first place? Focus on that

HBP, even tho I'm cut like a Action Figure. Doctor was even baffled

Nothing can replace a good steak or oxtail. I really enjoy turkey burgers and u typically mix ground turkey and ground chicken to make my patties

But it ain't oxtail tho

Outside of bp meds is there anything else you can do to lower it?

Judging from the pics in the whats for dinner thread I would imagine its all the fuckin cheese on every gotdamn meal you eat thats raising the bp moreso than the red meat... That along with all the sugar you put in your rice.

Drinking in excess can raise your pressure too I believe.

Sweet rice and cheese jokes aside tho good luck to you tho fam... Wishing you the best of health going forward. Stay strong(and healthy) bruh
 
this would be ironic, as my wife has always felt like this place is a trigger for some of my issues

but it really helps to get it out here....kinda confessing or spilling your truth without putting it on front street

im not currently battling any urges at the moment (just came out of my season) but i'll be checking in...i love to talk people thru this kinda shit
 
I either have a porn addiction and have seen so much of it that it just dont hit no more. Or peoples ability to make money off has become so large, that alot of the good content just dont make it to the free spaces. I have had about enough of couple role playing. They even put doubles of themselves in their own videos to make it seem like a three some or some cuck shit .
 
Now I'm gonna spend days wondering about Chi's diet trying to figure out what is jacking his BP up cuz i don't believe its the red meat either.

Still gonna wonder, how much salt, does he also eat boxed food, fried food etc. How much alcohol and what kind? Is he drinking juice? How is sugar intake? Fiber? Is he eating lots of oats, grains and starches?

Not everyone's bodies can tolerate the same things or same amounts. So its like a puzzle....
