I liked Dominique Dawes too. Not only was she fine, but she knew them gymnastics like the back of her hand. Wonder what she up to now.

I think he would've lost against Canelo, even w/ Wolfe as his trainer, but he wouldn't have gotten knocked the f* out like that. I think she still training females in boxing too.
 
last night Claressa Shields became the 1st boxer (male or female) in history to become undisputed in 2 different weight classes....... she says she's going to MMA next...... if she wins a title in MMA her name has to be put in the discussion....... plus add in the fact that she's a 2x Olympic gold medalist ..... people think that women's boxing is average .... but at the end of the day it's a legitimate sport & her resume at only 25 ranks her with the best of them.

Clarissa eclipsed Lalia Ali's entire career a while ago and shorty only turning 26 this week....

Ali got 5 championships. Never was unified or undisputed in any weight class. Because only one of her 5 titles was one if the 4 major titles. WBO,WBC,WBA,IBF

Now many argue that there are too many titles... But since like 2004 , there's been 4 major titles recognized at every weight. And only a hand full of fighters have held all 4 at once because it's extremely difficult.

She did it twice. Twice.


Shields has held all 4 belts in two different weight classes.

No boxer man or woman ever did that.
She also broke Lomachenko's record of titles in two weightclasses in the least amount of fights.

Also 2 gold medals, 2 world championships, and a gold medal at the Pan-American games.

Yeah.... She's way ahead of Lalia Ali.

Ali was banking off her dad's name. Her big fights were the daughters of her father's rivals and old ass Kristy Martin

This is all facts! Laila Ali never faced the best female boxers in and around her weight class. If she wasn't Ali daughter nobody would've gave a fuck about her career or even talk about her boxing career.

Came in to say this. Wolfe had Ali shook and Clarissa has already surpassed Ali.

Serena is pretty much the only female athlete that should be put in the conversation for GOAT athlete of all time.

That said Shields is trying to go into MMA. She wants to be a MMA and boxing champion at the same time. If she can do that, you got to give her, her own special set of props.
 
Maybe not the GOAT but Allyson Felix has to be up there with the best.

She's the only female track athlete to win six Olympic gold medals and she's the most decorated female Olympian in track and field history with nine Olympic medals.

Not only is Felix an incredible 100/200/400m sprinter her technique is flawless. It's a thing of beauty to watch her run, she's like a gazell...
