Racketeering

What is 'Racketeering'
Racketeering, often associated with organized crime, is the act of getting involved in a dishonest and fraudulent business dealing or offering a service to solve a problem that wouldn't otherwise exist. The law defines 35 different offenses that constitute racketeering, and the list includes gambling, kidnap, murder, arson, drug dealing and bribery. Law provisions a racketeering convict to serve up to 20 years in prison, in addition to a fine of up to $25,000.

And hes on probation for that pedo shit?? Not looking good for buddy. Not looking good at all lmao.

I got 500k ABW bucks that he cooperates to save his own ass.

I know a cat that was with all the foolishness on the streets but I knew he wasn't built for jail when he took a possession charge, with no evidence against him, just to get out of jail. Anyway this certified street nigga got cracked by the Feds and flipped like a pancake when they told him he was facing 50 years. Still gotta do 15 and called the homegirl crying because he knows he ruined his name on the streets.

This 69 ain't about to do 50 for these cats. Hell, I'm sure he's not trying to do 10 for these cats.

Nobody is taking that bet. The only way he doesn't flip is if somebody else beats him to it. 4 indicted, I'm betting 2 snitch.

Lmao he'll find someone to snitch on

They can just ride the streets of Brooklyn and he'll point out a stranger just to stay outta jail

I never understood what Racketeering was. Im gonna have to Wikipedia that shit. I know it would be one of the main charges against mobsters though.

jus think of the old mob movies.. goodfellas, casino, etc.

envelope here for "protection", nother there for a "job" lol

the RICO was created for the mob.. then along the way applied to the streets

Damn even Charlamagne was giggling with him on the breakfast club saying how he likes him now and don't fuck up.

Same thing Budden said on the last podcast.

Similar to X. He got taken away as soon as the old heads started liking him. Eerie

so wait.....

no disrespect to your folk...

but he crying because of his name in the streets if he gotta do 50 but took 15?

see this is why our people aint shit....
in 15 yrs the streets might not even be the same the way gentrification is going.
what about his family, does he have kids? smdh

RICO is an easy enough charge to catch if you're in that life or around stuff going on. You can introduce someone to a connect, have nothing to do with a transaction and still get included in a conspiracy indictment

I'm betting on him ratting. Gonna end up being a chomo and a snitch in a years time

He's already gonna be known as a chomo when he hits the cell block. I give it two weeks before he's dealt with in a blind spot in the day room or on the yard.

aint got no bodyguards in jail...unless he paying the black guerilla family or them netas....the trinis and aryans may not care enough

Lmao ain't no way he's hitting the mainline though. He already PC'd up the last time he was in (he was in the infectious diseases unit) and that was only for like 3 days

lol @25,000 maximum fine. That is the least of the concerns if you charged with racketeering. why they even have that shit in there?
