Joe Biden smiles and makes false promises to the Black community but we all know his power base is old rich White men.
Do you really think Joe Biden would pass any bills or legislation that would alienate rich White men?
Black people are around 13% of the country. Do you think Joe Biden is going to prioritize minorities?
Minorities can sway the votes in either direction. If minorities come out to vote the Democrats win, if minorities stay home and don't vote Republicans win.
But the thing is, as soon as he gets in office he has to please the majority or else they'll vote Republican 2 years from now in the congress/senate race.
