Those people have admitted to lying about their ages I don't think they have enough for this particular trial. He might have a problem with the trial here in Illinois since I believe this DA has the sex videos to show the jury

Who are those people? And you know not all of his charges stem from people being under the age of consent, right?

And y'all can keep getting your hopes up but the Feds don't tend to lose big cases like this. He'd have more action at getting off on the state level.

Robert Sylvester Kelly, 54, faces a bevy of accusations: one count of racketeering with 14 underlying acts, including kidnapping, forced labor and sex trafficking, as well as eight counts of violating the Mann Act, which prohibits sex trafficking across state lines.

Separately, he faces federal charges of sexual exploitation of children and other crimes by the US Northern District of Illinois and state charges in Illinois. He was previously acquitted of state child pornography charges in Illinois in 2008. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to all charges in New York and other jurisdictions.

I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to get racketeering but it’s smart. I think it’ll open up for getting those around him that were aware and did nothing for decades. That could also be used to make deals with the associates if they have anything like the tapes that’d definitely put Kelly away for life
